Pam Martin joined our team in 2005 as an Administrative Assistant and in 2008 she became our Office Manager. As office manager, Pam is responsible for greeting clients, scheduling appointments, coordinating special projects and maintaining the efficient flow of our front office.  

Born and raised in the Fort Wayne area, Pam’s background includes years of experience as an Executive Assistant in the mortgage, real estate and corporate retail management fields. Her organizational and multitasking skills, professional approach and friendly attitude have made her an asset to our firm.

 For many years, Pam was actively involved as a volunteer and activity organizer for a ladies club and the international youth groups Youth Educational Services (YES) and Youth Opportunities United (YOU) activities. Married for 40 years, she and her husband Phil are the parents of three grown sons; Bill in Everett, WA, Andy and Brian in the Fort Wayne area.
