Brady McArdle, CFP(r), is a Relationship Manager with Galecki Financial Management. His primary role is to work closely with new andexisting clients, to explain our full range of services, and to review and manage client portfolios. He also is responsible for all financial planning activities associated with these clients, as well as Estate Planning techniques with comprehensive financial planning clients.
Brady earned his Bachelor's Degree from the Purdue University School of Science in May 1996. Upon graduating from Purdue University, Brady joined Self Trading Securities, Inc. as a trading consultant. While at Self Trading, Brady attained his series 7 and series 63 licenses to work as a registered representative. He also attained his series 24 license to become a supervising principal.
In 1999, Brady joined Charles Schwab & Co. Inc. as a registered representative in the Fishers, IN regional office. He worked as a Platinum team member serving clients with household assets of greater than $1 million.
In 2000, Brady transferred to the Fort Wayne branch office for Charles Schwab and began work as Investment Specialist. Brady's primary role was to work with existing clients on their portfolios, and develop new relationships. During this time, he passed his series 9 & 10 licenses to allow for the supervision of the branch. To further his career as an Investment Specialist, Brady passed the series 65 exam and became a Registered Para Planner by passing the course offered by the College for Financial Planning.
Schwab closed its Fort Wayne office and 2004, and Brady spent the next two years with two small Registered Investment Advisors. Both firms allowed Brady to learn about the RIA side of the business and continue to cultivate the relationships he had attained.
In late 2005, Brady graduated from Kaplan University, the School of Continuing and Professional Studies, with the Financial Planning Certificate. Brady passed the national board in November of 2006, and officially became a Certified Financial Planner(r) in January of 2006.
In April of 2006, Brady became a Supervising Principal and RIA Manager for Oberlin Financial Corp (now called NRP). This firm is an introducing broker-dealer and a Registered Investment Advisor. Brady's primary roles were to manage the Investment Advisor Division and supervise the representatives located throughout the U.S.
In May 2006, Brady launched his own Registered Investment Advisor firm called McArdle Financial, LLC. This firm was registered with the state of Indiana. Brady conducted financial planning and asset management services for his clients in a Fee-Only environment.
In January of 2007, Brady joined Galecki Financial Management as a Relationship Manager. He brings with him a vast knowledge of the industry and its inter workings. He maintains the unique knowledge of running his own Investment Advisory firm, as well as working as a compliance officer. Brady has over 14 years of experience in the industry and is a voting member on the Investment Committee. |
