GFM offers retirement plan fiduciary services to companies of all sizes. In this service, ERISA plan trustees are charged a flat fee, which is dependent upon the services offered. GFM currently has agreements with several large physician groups for this type of service. In these particular instances, GFM is not directly managing the assets of the plan. However, we are:

• Evaluating the performance of the funds being used by the plan participants
• Selecting and recommending which funds should be made available to the plan participant
• Meeting with the Board of Directors and/or trustees to review our recommendations and the fund performances
• Meeting with employees for enrollment and portfolio reviews
• Reviewing the plan's chosen trustee and
• Answering other questions in a fiduciary capacity.

We act as a Fiduciary and we are willing to put that in writing.
