Galecki Financial Management offers health insurance to
all employees through the PHP network. In the first 12 months of your
employment, Galecki Financial Management will pay $4,000 towards all of
your employee benefits.
- In the second 12 months, Galecki Financial Management will pay $6,000
of your employee benefits.
- After the 24th month of your employment, Galecki Financial Management
will pay $7, 500 per year of employee benefits
Employees may use this flexible spending for the
following benefits:
- Comprehension Medical Benefits, currently using PHP
- Group Life Insurance and Dependent Life Insurance
- Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Coverage
- Dental Insurance
- Health Club Membership, currently using YMCA of Greater Fort Wayne
- Medical Reimbursement
401(k) Plan:
- All new employees are allowed to enter our 401(k) Plan at the next entry
date after 1 year of service. Galecki Financial Management matches dollar
for dollar on the first 6.5% that an employee defers. Employees are allowed
to defer up to 20% of their income.
- Galecki Financial Managementmay also make a profiteering contribution
to employee accounts
Section 125 PReTax Benefits:
- Employees may use our Section 125 Plan to pay for their childcare expenses
using their own pre-taxed dollars. The maximum amount that may be used per
year is $5,000.
- Employees may also use our Section 125 Plan to pay for any of their medical
premiums or their own medical reimbursement using pre-tax dollars - that
might be ab excess of the benefits provided by Galecki Financial Management.
Vacation:
- An employee hired before August 1 of each year is given 1 week of vacation
after 5 months of employment.
- In the next calender year, an employee is given 2 weeks of vacation. Each
employee is given 3 weeks of vacation after 5 years of service.
Casual Attire:
- Business casual attire
- Galecki Financial Management maintains a policy of business casual attire
at all times.
